Our menu is a fusion of traditional Spanish and Brazilian dishes created with fresh and full of flavour ingredients that will transport your tastebuds.
The ingredients are meticulously prepared at our dedicated commercial kitchen on the Gold Coast, ready to be cooked fresh on location for your guests to observe and be entertained in the process.
Our menu is designed to be enjoyed while guests socialise, encouraging people to come together, make new friends, share tales and create memories. It’s great food, without the ego.
We cater for common dietary requirements – gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan - but please let us know if you have a specific request.

Our chargrilled Brazilian-style barbeque skewers are a popular starter option for any event.

Our Spanish Paella is the hero of our menu, and rightly so! It’s packed with flavour, easy to eat while standing and holding a conversation and a wholesome meal. It’s the food equivalent of a nice, big hug. It makes you feel good!
