As the weather warms up and we move into what is normally music festival season, we’ve found ourselves reminiscing about some of our favourite large-scale music events that we’ve been lucky to be part of.
Last summer took us to the rolling green hills of Sirromet Wines at Mount Cotton on two occasions for A Day on the Green’s Brisbane leg of the Elton John and Cold Chisel tours.
Both events were a sell-out!
With people travelling far and wide to rock out with these highly celebrated artists.
Our Paella Station dished out X serves of paella to South East Queensland’s music-lovers over both events, so there’s no doubt we were busy, but we were dancing along to some old favourites while we were at it.
It never gets old on us how lucky we are to work in an industry we love, meeting new people every week, and experiencing things we otherwise might miss out on.
With many major music events and festivals postponed due to COVID restrictions, perhaps you could host your own backyard gig and invite us along to take the stress out of feeding your guests!
If that sounds like an idea, let’s make it happen!
